We offer one-on-one career coaching, intimate workshops, and special events at which you learn to:
- Master the art and science of Leader Connections, as opposed to networking for introductions, submitting resumes to job boards and recruiters, etc.
- Build a powerful, value added brand that attracts the attention of top business executives
- Develop the key messages so you can communicate it succinctly and powerfully in an elevator pitch, cover letter and brief introduction at a connecting event
- Craft a resume that broadcasts your value so a leader will want to refer you to the appropriate person in their organization
- Communicate (letters, emails, resumes) in ways that encourage leaders to connect with you.
- Handle the series of interactions that take place from the time you first target an organization at which you’d like to work until you finally get the position you visualized, including negotiating the terms of your next position
- Utilize social networking tools, like Jigsaw and Linked In to make Leader Connections.
Emerging leaders interested in coaching complete our application process and meet briefly with a coach over the phone to determine a proper program plan. Using a SMART goals approach, the highly interactive process requires the client to engage in branding and connecting practice projects between weekly calls.
LC Career Advancement Coaching is customized coaching to meet your needs. For instance, the former head of Sales for a leading software company left his company after over a decade of service. He had a substantial network – but mostly people who were customers and therefore lower than the level of introduction he needed to be positioned as a senior sales leader (e.g., Executive Vice President level).
