Leader Connections was founded by Dr. Jerry Cahn and Savio Chan to help leaders and emerging leaders connect effectively with senior executives in the US and China. Savio S. Chan is a strategic sales and marketing specialist with an unsurpassed ability to connect with Senior Leaders. A pre-eminent expert on doing business in China, he serves as President and CEO of US China Partners Inc., a business development firm specializing in Market Entry, Strategic Sourcing and Marketing Development in China for U.S. companies (www.uschinapartners.com). Savio also facilitates local and cross-border joint ventures among leading Chinese multinationals as well as Fortune 1000 companies.
Formerly, Savio served as Chairman and CEO for Technology Training Solutions (TTS). Founded in 1996, it grew and was recognized as one of the premier and fastest-growing Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers in the New York tri-state areas. TTS was selected by the National Minority Business Council to receive the Outstanding Minority Business Award. In addition, Savio serves as Vice Chairman of ITP China and is the president of the Northeast Chapter of US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce, the largest Pan Asian Chamber in the country. He also serves as senior advisor for the Outsourcing Institute and is on the boards of the following trade and civic associations: Executive Council of New York, Association of Commerce, and Industry and Technology (ACIT).
Savio is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at various business and technology events including the American Express Minority Small Business Seminars, Microsoft technology conferences and the e-Business Conference and Expo, co-organized by BusinessWeek and InformationWeek. Savio also hosts the PBS syndicated TV show, Asian America, sponsored by Wal-Mart.
Savio was also named "40 Under 40" business leader Award by Long Island Business News, Hofstra University and the Bank of New York. Newsday named him one of the Top 10 Movers and Shakers on Long Island. Recently, he was the organizer for the first e-Commerce Summit convened by the Small Business Administration in New York City. U.S. Small Business Administration also presented the Community Service Award to Savio during their Annual Award Luncheon. He has been featured in numerous industry and trade success profiles, including articles in The New York Times, Chief Executive Magazine, InformationWeek, VARBusiness, Long Island Business News, and Newsday.

Jerry Cahn, Ph.D., J.D., is an executive coach, presentation master and organizational consultant. He helps clients design and implements effective business strategies, develop leadership skills and performance cultures, and produce winning sales, marketing and investor communications. Together with a team of business and communication experts, in 2000, he founded the Presentation Excellence group of companies to provide strategic sales, marketing, investor communications and leadership services.

Previously, Jerry co-founded and led Brilliant Image, a leading presentation graphics firm which, over 15 years, helped 5000+ clients to produce winning presentations on a 24/7 basis. He also served as president of the industry trade association, IAPP. Other career accomplishments include: turning-around a public (healthcare) company with its stock price increasing tenfold in two years, serving as a Legislative Assistant for Health and Environment on Capitol Hill for (now) Senator Barbara Mikulski, and serving as a consultant to Head Start, where he focused on the service needs of handicapped children.
A sought-after speaker and trainer, Dr. Cahn provides keynotes, webinars and workshops for corporate and association audiences. Dedicated to education, he also teaches courses in Business Strategy (BA) and Leadership Skills and Entrepreneurial Communications: Sales and Negotiating Skills (MBA) at Baruch College (CUNY), Finally, he is a mentor for CUNY’s Executive on Campus Program and operates an intern program which has served 500+ students throughout his career (to date)!
